I cared for my Mother for several years and I found that changing her diet not only made a significant improvement in her health, but because I was also eating better, my health improved. Few restaurants use organics, and most use trans-fats, MSG, as well as prepared foods that include preservatives like nitrates, nitrites, artificial ingredients and colors.
As we get older, our meal choices have an increasingly positive or detrimental effect on our health and future. I became concerned when I realized so many people eat only for pleasure. People should eat for health and for pleasure. Later, I learned that couples were routinely spending $300 - $400 a week eating out. I knew I could do better. So, in 2009 I began Gourmade Meals In Your Home in order to provide those who were unable, too busy, or who don’t like to cook, the healthy meals they need and deserve.

Besides preparing food that taste really good, I focus on using as many organics as I reasonably can. The foods I use are almost completely free from artificial ingredients and preservatives, free from sodium nitrites and nitrates, MSG, and trans-fats.
I will bring the meals mostly prepared, labeled and will leave them in your containers with instructions on how to serve them, as well as a menu of the food for the week.
