Question
Hi, I don't eat right at all, it's not that I eat junk food, I just feel I don't eat the right foods for my condition (chronic constipation and other digestive issues). I also know I don't get the recommended amount of vitamins I should have daily. With a very finicky newborn baby, I don't have time to cook anymore or run to the grocery store for fresh foods anytime I want. I've been looking into home meal delivery programs (you get healthy just prepared meals delivered, right to your door includes breakfast, lunch and dinner) I've been especially looking into SeattleSutton.com, the food looks good and seems really healthy but the price per month / week is just way too high. Does anyone know of any other home meal delivery programs that are less expensive but still healthy for you?

Answer
Hi there, I have had a lot of digestive issues as well, something foods that are easy and healthy that have helped me would be like "All Bran High Fiber" or "Fiver One" Cereals. Eat them with skim milk, you can cut up fruit or berries in them if you like that sorta thing. Something else that helps is fruit and veggies, when you have a healthy diet of fruits and veggies, it helps you become more regular. I don't know of any home delivery programs, but there are a lot of easy things you can always cook in advance and refridgerate or freeze until needed. Here are some recipes http://www.myeatingdisorder.com/recipe.asp Good luck for you, hopefully I helped a little Toni Lynne :)
